It has a devastating domino affect and will impact the kids ability to finish the year off strong at the last meet and Nationals. We started off as a team and should end as such. Miss Christy is an integral part of the team and a coach my daughter has confidence in. Many families have invested much time and money in the upcoming National trip and deserve the courtesy of their coach being there to support their children. In my opinion, whatever personal issues exist between you and Christy should be addressed privately after this season ends.

My daughter is 8 years old and she has learned so much this year. Yes, she learned some new gymnastics skills but she also learned about how to be a good teammate, how to be a good sport, how to work hard and how to be responsible for her actions that affect others. She learned these things from strong coaches and role models. She has dreams of going to Disney World and competing in Nationals with her team and her coaches. Please set the right example for my daughter and for other children. Do the right thing and move beyond any disagreement and allow the team to be together. We teach them to try their best and work hard and they know that we are always here to love and support them. Don't leave them questioning that love and support that they have thrived under all year. They have worked hard and they deserve better than this. You need to do the right thing by these children.
