The staff were respectful and encouraged a healthy learning environment where we were treated like the young adults we were, a stark contrast from my previous experience of being treated like a main school student, despite having moved up into 6th form.

To suggest the school is inadequate is, in my opinion, simply laughable. From looking at the comments made when compared to the evidence, it's clear that the school has been marked unfairly.

I've herd rumors of a possible agenda to remove the first, middle and upper school system entirely, and that this could explain the result. If so, why rock the boat with a system that works well and makes our town one of the most convenient places to live in the local area? Living in Ferndown you have access to almost everything you'd need, and the full run of education from pre-school to 6th form plays a huge part in that. It would be a shame to see it spoiled over something a silly as first/middle/upper vs primary/secondary. Just a rumor, but something to consider.

Over this last year the Of stead inspections to my knowledge have been brutal, unfair, belittling and with clear hidden agenda.

Just feel under this current inspection model we are going to loose wonderful Teachers and Heads who are already under a lot of pressure and stress when they clearly come in with such negative processes.

Relieved I'm not one!

Mr Gove please come and work alongside our Teachers and Head for a week and see what our Teachers really do under the forever growing stress and strains!
