I am not sure if these private placement shares will count as voting shares on Sept. 29 since the new record date for this AGM is August 23 and the regulatory body has to approve this private placement some time before Sept. 8. If they are recorded as voting shares, then it's obviously not ethical for WEX to do this since it's selfserving and not in the best interest of the investing public.

I would love to see a pain medication like this help the people of the world.
We have been investors for many years.
I do not like the direction this management is directing WEX...something is very very wrong!
Thankfully we live in Canada and not China...we have laws that should put people like this in front of the courts.
