1) He's relevant. He's playing a huge role in the Marvel Universe at the moment, and he did a lot during the Civil War (he's the reason the confrontation in Civil War 7 even happened!)

2) A guns-only character would be extremely refreshing.

3) He's extremely popular.

I was angry at the way the developers went about revealing characters, but now i'm just sad. i may rent the game, but i won't buy it.

I probably would have not bought it either but I already pre-ordered it. The Punisher is a very important marvel character. If you really want to make a game for the fans, then I recomend putting the Punisher in MUA 3.
