Employees who are being bullied have no one to go to, Human Resources are a joke. I am now on Medical leave, feeling used. I have saved my company over 89,000 dollars in mistakes and had an article about being the most friendly person to deal with and yet do to mis management I am home. Companies are loosing good employees especially the state employees. Something should be done.

I have worked in the Human Resource field for almost 30 years in employee relations and I have never seen such terrible bullying or brutal in some cases, behavior in the workplace sanctioned by management. Amazing a lot of it is in the public sector area.

Workplace bullying is bad for the economy, bad for the employer and worst of all bad for the victim. Bullying, is more prevalent than secual harassment and racial discriminiation, and it trancends gender. Bullies bully because they can and they do so with impunity.

It should be unlawful to be subjected to another employee whose malicious conduct sabotages or undermines the targated person's work performance. It poses an occupational health hazard.

New laws are needed...make them!
