He is sucha great person. The building was always immaculately clean and well taken care of.

Dale is very easy to talk to about any issues, very welcoming, and a great person. I would love for Dale to keep his position.

A very big mistake was made by letting him go. My two roommates and I have had many conversations with him, to me this makes a good manager.

I've seen her in the garbage room, compacting cans herself and cleaning up when the garbage was overflowing because of the limited bins. She's forever vacuuming! There's evidently something more to this than the reason given but this decision will only punish the residents.

I want to see the Strata council picking up the trash,vacuuming & managing the property until there's comparable replacements hired!

Should Dale be hitting the mop at least 4 times a day? Should Irene be picking up other peoples shit in the garbage facilities more than once a day?
