It has been 26yr. In that time most family members have passed away and the murderer is still alive living on our dime. Sentences should be carried out in a timely manner just as the trial should be carried out in the same. Have you ever heard of a person waiting 26yr for his trial to start? Why should the families have to wait decades for the sentence to be carried out.
