You can't even use it because of the fish tank smell. The Town of Berthoud states that it would cost to much to flush the system? Maybe the Town of Berthoud should not donate money to towns that have plenty like Estes Park, and think about their own citizens. They are going to correct the problem by having the homes flush out the system in their kitchens? So maybe the Town should give us a credit on our bill until they solve the issue.

Before I was to call the city and ask them to investigate an obvious mistake in my bill, the BerthoudWaterTax website informed me that there is no mistake, I am just being charged an outlandish rate for my water. These rates have to come down. The citys poor planning should not be my burden.
