1. It can show one person who thought about taking their employers to court when he/she was applying for the job.

2. It has consulted with victims of employers' unreasonable and arrogant behaviour, who later lost their jobs.

3. It has consulted with ET judges who have confirmed that they have been so incompetent as to allow spurious allegations.

Please, do not further destroy employer-employee relations through this unfair charter.
