If you look at other race tracks you'll notice as you drive toward them the surrounding business es are not made up of your high paying employers. They are strip malls, garages, and tourist exploiters. Not a nice looking way to attract high paying jobs.
If this gets built you'll classify this area off limits for a big business for a 10 mile radius.

I am very concerned about noise. Auto racing is extremely loud and would be occurring on the very evenings that my family, friends and neighbors will be relaxing in our yards and on our decks and porches. We moved here for the quiet of this community and to be close to woods and wildlife. A nearby racetrack would ruin it for us and also lower the value and desirability of our home! Yes, I vehemently object to a racetrack being built close to my community and also adjacent to the junction of the Po and Ni Rivers. That swampy area is home to many birds and other wildlife. If you really want a racetrack for entertainment, profit and tax revenue, build it far from Massaponax and Thornburg! It is not morally right to ruin people's lives and devalue their homes for the sake of crude, male-fantasy entertainment. Stop this nonsense in its tracks!
