I didn't get notice of the hearing but her father was there so judge gave him temp custody & the injustices that have followed almost a whole year now ARE OUTRAGEOUS! Not only that but the parental alienator he is IS DESTROYING OUR DAUGHTER! He is even making her lie that her half brother touched her inappropriately. Makes me sick so now have spent 18 thousand dollars on lawyers just to try & get my little girl back when she was taken why? Because the judge was in a bad mood? There was no reason for her to of gone with her father who now also uses corporal punishment even though we agreed we would never do that & TO START THAT TYPE OF DISCIPLINE WITH A 6YR OLD IS INSANE! He's a freaken idiot and those young, just out of school, no kids of their own C&Y workers ARE TO BLAME!!! And I thought I lived in the US haha sure doesn't feel that way...
