1. Buying off some Councillors which would enable the vicious circle to be broken.

2. Enlarge wards and have fewer Councillors. Appoint a "non-political and impartial" Managing Director"

4. Amend the Council's constitution so that the Leader is only appointed for 12 months.

5. Collaborate and share staff and equipment with Gwynedd only - no merger

6. There are too many important Anglesey projects!
