"Small" town and it is good as it is. We bought this home specifically because of its location and the empty field across. We don't care for its development for more housing. Although a park might bring a bit more activity around and more traffic it would still be a preference before any housing developments of any kind. A community park meant to promote better health and fitness, a good place for children to ride their bikes at would be a better way to go.
