I have video of them breaking laws in police cars. They Tell us what we can and can not do. I have them telling me now that I have to build a bigger fence! Due to people walking in the middle of the night and my dog will bark at them. I had a cop waiting outside to give me a ticket for my car on the street for 2 mins after 8am on monday morning. But a tow truck was on its way to get it. But nope I still got a ticket. The cops are horrible always have.. look at the passed cops! There is no HOA in Bella Vista. But yet they cops can write tickets for the dumpster things. It's all about money. But they have new cop cars!! I have lived in platteville for 10yrs. Something has to change. Stop the harassment!
