Mr. Bartman did not commit fan interference, as much as Moises Alou bellyached. All of the blame belongs to the Cubs themselves, who fell apart after the play and gave up EIGHT RUNS in the inning to the Marlins to lose Game 6, and then blew Game 7.

I am not a Cubs fan, never have been, never will be. Been a Brewers fans since I started following MLB over 30 years ago. The shameful treatment of Bartman made me dislike the Cubs even more. Cubs fans who mocked Bartman deserve every last bit of scorn heaped upon them.

Trego Epstein and Tom Ricketts, DO THE RIGHT THING. Demand Mr. Bartman throw out the first pitch at Wrigley Field of 2017! If Mr. Bartman says no, keep asking. It's time the Cubs show they've moved on from one incident, one which could have happened to any of the 29 other MLB teams.
