Additionally, the units have staff working inside, sometimes clearly till late at night. I presume that health & safety at work regulations are infringed by the working conditions, especially when the unit doors are closed.

I used to live in Campbell Road and would always walk past the Arches to take my son to the Bunny park. It was usually quiet near the bridge but it progressively got worse with more and more cars parking in front of the entrances of the Arches making it dangerous for parents and toddlers to get to the alley way safely. Iam definitely opposed to more activities being allowed at this site.

This is a quiet area and due to the nature of the business and location it encourages crime with several cars left unattended overnight..
I regularly walk past there with my children and I know that it’s only a matter of time that an accident will happen.

This is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for the type of application above. When unauthorised and (probably) illegal activity has taken place at the Golden Manor Arches more recently, it has caused problems for residents affecting parking, noise and creating a totally unsuitable environment for a conservation area. There is no space for vans and lorries. We already have problems with parking and the Council recently provided yellow lines.
