The mother who defends her daughter's actions should be charged also. The 'lookouts' also! They have cast a cloak of shame on all of Florida. You can't blame all teens . . but it makes you wonder.. It is the talk in my neighbor hood. Vacation time is coming and Florida will not be our destination !
