Changing the window color backed by white material will result in a drastic change in appearance. Many here seem to believe it will be an extremely unattractive appearance. This leaves me to question, if the window appearance issue is so important that it is specifically addressed in the Rules and Regulations, what gives the board the right to arbitrarily break the Rules they are supposed to be enforcing, without the approval of the association as a whole?

The amber glass gives off a dark hue bc we are one of the unfortunate ones to have it & it’s obviously different than what we had.
