do we want such services cut to only eventually to be placed in the hands of private organisations, volunteers and charities, given that the law on CRB checks is going to be changed to relax such checks and put young people further at risk.
This is a bigger plan being implemented across all public services to increase the profit of private companies whilst cuttiong the quality of services.
Can this be legal to refuse young people the right to a service already massively undercut

SNYSB rehearsals are one of the highlights of my week and if we are not able to carry on through lack of rehearsal space I will be extremely disappointed with Norfolk County Council for making this outrageous cut.
I have really benefitted from joining the band and hope that there can be a change of plan.

The youth service provides excellent provision and support to any young person who wishes to access it through open provision clubs or more focuses work. This engagement is voluntary and high quality. There will be no effective services of this level to replace the cuts made and the young people in Norfolk with drastically miss out.
