I live in the city center and use the city pool at least 3 times a week. There are always alot of people and groups. I think it is unjustifed the excuse given by the council to close it. There are plenty of unused offices in newcastle that they could use. Why take something that offers people to get fit away when the government is on a big fitnes drive, 5 a day and all that. it doesnt make sence! The Pool should stay open!
