We had the support of the school administration and the student body. The championship game was at St. Johns and there were about 15,000 people there and it seemed like all were from Iona. As a player on the field you could hear our student body chearing and chanting crazy things. We won the game and the crowd went insane, we turned it into a home game. There is no other sport that brings the students together like football, please support football.
