when has it been ethical for a politician to interfere with people who have major medical problems, I hope that you never have a medical condition that not only affects you physically with chronic pain, but mentally and emotionally as well and more than likely the opioid usage these Ohions use barely takes the rough edges off the pain they experience and trust me when I say I know what they are talking about, so not only are medical practitioners taking pain relief away on a Politicians say so from people who desperately need it but are also going to be causing other medical problems like withdrawals, mental problems and possibly death on top of their already existing medical problems, are you John Kasich going to take responsibility for every single person and do YOU think that YOUR being humane just leaving people to suffer???? What if one of your kids for example or wife or whomever you hold dear suddenly developed Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis COPD, inflammatory arthritis, as well as inflammation of the muscles, clinical depression as well as high anxiety all this while having to have operations and developing anal fistulas that then create anal abscesses that go septic, so you think that you could keep pain medication such as opiods away from your dearest because it's the only thing that takes the edge off the Chronic pain and probably stops them from thinking of ending it all because they can't really live properly and that is all they want to do is to live but they can't because of the Chronic pain it causes but whether they try or not the Chronic pain is still there?? you reckon you can watch your dearest cry every day because even though they take Opiods everyday it just takes the worst of the edges off but not completely pain free, Do you John Kasich reckon you can stand there and watch what you hold dear start to fade away because there's no cure available and no hope left and NO strong enough pain meds like Opiods to help them carry on another day, So unless YOUR a robot John Kasich I reckon you would do anything you can to help that Person you hold dear to not be in Chronic pain, So why are you trying to fix something that is not broken and why are you thinking that you know more than medical practitioners or specialists at the hospital who put people on these meds for a reason and if they're anything like me then they wouldn't want to be on them in the first place it's just that they had to because your in dire need of them and hopefully stops you from dying!!! I know I'm rambling a bit but there's far too many politicians these days who think they are some sort of God and can do what they want, and it's always the lower income households that suffer, or households that have major life problems, I mean what are all these politicians going to gain doing this???? What, are they secretly doing a cull on disabled people, of people who can't contribute because their health doesn't allow it, because the earth is too over populated and this is a way to get the numbers down, hmmmm? I just hope John Kasich that your conscience is going to allow for all the people Your hurting who are already hurting more than you'll ever know, I suggest John Kasich that you have another look and think about what you are going to destroy, because I can guarantee it's not going to be good for your political career.
