Unable to find any logical reason how this happened as i discovered it after making a short slow journey. Judging by the many complaints of what appears to be an obvious design fault, i am sure this would be of interest to BBC Watchdog. Due to the expense i have had to have perspex covers made up in an attempt to prevent it happening again having seen the ease at which the glass shatters.
