My fear with this many units is the parking, traffic and space demands it will place on the already busy intersection. Also a building of that size will truly change the nature of the neighborhood and privacy of the current family homes in the area.

Our driving traffic, walking traffic and child safety is jeopardized with more cars near the schools and parks. Not enough parking allowance within its confines defies the requirements of the SDOD and will pose huge problems especially during winter parking restrictions It prohibits privacy within our small 1 family homes as it towers over and allows views into our space from the balconies and windows to say the least. The neighbors have not been anything but confused with proposed plans for various other uses, Verizon plant, a test kitchen but always comes back to this proposal Enough with this!! If there is not a 7 unit proposal presented do not even hear this again!!! I oppose this construction as I did back in the first meeting in September 2015!!! They need to conform to the zoning restrictions or the proposal should not be accepted for a hearing!

THIS IS NOT A RE-USE, but a total tear-down. Additionally, Walden St. is used by many children on foot and bicycles on their way to school or the park. Already cars fly down the road at dangerous speeds. For every unit you can bet there will be two cars at least, because most couples each have their own cars, and we, the residents, already have to park at the library in our neighborhood when there is a snow emergency because there isn't enough street parking. Where will all these additional cars go? Mr. Anderson has continued to show he doesn't care about anything but profit. . Please care about the people in the neighborhood and limit this construction to 10 units, townhouses, or something with less people and more green space. This isn't Somerville or East Boston. We are a quaint community and we wish to stay that way. The Planning Board promised that they would take into consideration our feelings and we trusted them. Thank you.
