He owes 13K in back support and now 7 years later he wants 50% custody & visitation of our 6 yr old he's seen 13. Father's not fit to be a parent with mental issues, but clever enough to work the system. It's frustrating 3 yrs not paying support nothings done to this DD and now my son is forced to visit his cowardly abusive DD because our system does NOT work.

what bull, he was never in my son's life in 16 yeasr he still hasn't met him, but he gets away with no payments, while I struggle, someone needs to do something to make him pay.
