There is also a growing problem with the road noise, particularly the loud bass "boom cars". When these kids go by it shakes the house and you hear the pounding INSIDE the house. It depreciates the properties and is usually associated crime. Other towns have implemented ordinances against this with heavy fines. I think its time for the town to do something to stop this inconsiderate and damaging behavior!
