I find it deplorable that a reputable company such as Google, allows sites like Ripoff Report to thrive.
I am a landlord, who had a drunk tenant. Now my good name is smeared with smut. As a business owner, I find it embarrasing and infuriating.

He then posted a very slanderous, defamatory, offensive and incorrect report on ripoffreport.com. It is now the second thing you see on a Google search result when you enter my name...How can this happen?
