Preserving any home is important...Using materials that are cost effective would better suit the area those that want to stay historical and preserve there homes should be a choice and those that choose a more affordable way of improving their homes should be allowed since the home values have drop dramatically and any improvement should be appreciated!! After all this is America we have choices don't we?
