Zambian People own the constitution. No single Zambian will keep the peoples constitution like the National Registration Card (NRC) to themselves because they are not the whole Zambia nor are they the custodians of the Constitution. Zambia is much bigger than a single person or a clique of individuals. The Zambian people expressed their views and aspirations through three constitution commissions. The Zambian people wrote the constitution the document they want to govern them and follow by ALL. Dragging the release of the constitution is taking Zambians 3 decades backwards. Not releasing the constitution is day light robbery and tantamount to murder, rape, defilement, incest, adultery,sodomy and above all SIN. We demand and I repeat we strongly demand the Minister of Injustice to exercise justice and release the constitution to the Zambian people who are the sole architects and proprietors of the constitution. Mr. Justice Minister, if you are not with the Zambians then you are against them. We are NOT begging you. It is a demand.Give the Zambian people the constitution of be prepared to be embarrassed and bear serious consequences
