I think that driving a crazy loud bike is much more of a "crime" than going 65 in a 55 zone.
But our police officers are way to comfortable sitting in the car with the windows closed, AC running and waiting for a hit on the radar.
And this is just one type of noise pollution.
If you have ever been in Europe, you will find a much more civilized population there.

In 1981, the Reagan administration abolished the Office of Noise Abatement and Control. It is time to bring it back and take action against noise pollution.
