However due to the registration he has given up on ever having a life, he can not put this behind him. His attorney, his therapist, and his probation officer have said he is not a threat, but he has people driving past his home pointing and he can not be around his younger sibling, his nephews, or niece. We no longer have family holidays as he can not be there, what he did was wrong, but he is punished for life. He was molested as a child, which I didn't know till he went through a year of therapy, he is afraid to seek personal therapy because they could use it to Baker Act him. His therapist has said he doesn't need the group therapy, he needs to talk about his own abuse. He is now 22 and has no life, he lost his job as soon as he was arrested, he can not go to school for his GED and has no hope for a future. He needs therapy, not a life long sentence. Please give him hope at a life. Make the law what it was intended to be, take low risk, non-violent offenders off the public list.

It has been proven that the laws that limit where a sex offender can live do more harm then good. By have people not register and therefore not able to "track" them. If death penalty is found not to be an option, then all persons should be required to wear a tracking anklet so they may be monitored at all times. [Personally this should not even be considered as one.]

This should be strongly enforced as per a world-wide non-negotiable law.
