My wife has cerebral palsy and it was difficult for me to take care of my wife and work full-time especially with the long commute to work. When she got sick, I had to leave my job to take care of her full-time. After she got better, we relocated to VA where the CAP program was a lot better than NC. They will pay for a family member to take care of her.
