Leigh is big enough to justify this & it will help promote trade & business & therefore jobs to Leigh. I am completely apposed to the guided bus way. It will do little more than the current 26 bus, cost a huge amount of money. I doubt it will draw people from using their cars to M/C. It's a white elephant, will not draw business like the train & will spoil some of Leigh's countryside.

Leigh, despite having a vast amount of capitol invested in it the last few years seems to have stagnated.
I also find it bizzare that I live in a town with half the population of Leigh and have 2 railway stations within 15 minutes walk from my home and I am aware that at one point there was talks for a third!
