After 3 weeks of the runaround my daughter has no school after being in a school setting (private school) for almost 2 years. How are we supposed to have faith in the Public School system wiht results like this.
Though I can no longer afford private school I regret taking my daughter out because the tradeoff really was not worth it.

It was my presumption that she would remain in the same school for kindergarten. If she were to go a new school, she may regress. To have a child and parents go through another lottery process does not make sense. How about letting the children already enrolled remain in the school and lottery any unfilled seats and if a parent is unhappy they can lottery of another school.

Not getting in to PS has cost me thousands of dollars. Ask the principals how many more spaces they think they need. They know, or should know. This can't happen again next year for kindergarden. It has always been done in the school. Why does the Board now wants parents to go out of their way to find the location to register their child.
