This Trust home was not red tagged nor in foreclosure. The 75 year old's mom believed in charity, loved the Lord and those who did the Lord's work. The Judge Thornton House (supervisor), Blumenfeld w/attorney Ron E. Wiksell and former Seattle Priest Gerald O'Donnell sic: Gerard K. O'Donnell placed a $35K bail on the 75 yr old & denied his OSC 5th amend. Because of the Due Process court proceeding meant could not be tried twice. This was suppose to halt the sale but, did not stop the cajolery & threats of conservator-guardianship. O’Donnell a realtor, property manager & investor with his attorney ron e. wiksell refused to file a bonafide court stamp accounting of the trust Just recently O'Donnell went to the bank & purchased the trust property & gave the 75 yr old a 3-day notice! No money to charity or the 75 yr old. The 75 yr old life estater has a 61 yr old wife. UNLIKE AMALIA KESSLER, robbed of her life estate, they will go down as patriots on Flight 93.
