Cafcass back the sw every time. They slander the parent's in secret courts and do not allow parents to give any evidence in their own favour. If a grandparent puts their name forward to have the children ss then start making lies up about them. They do not want to keep families together as big money is to be made if the child is fostered or forcibly adopted. This needs to stop and it needs to stop now. LA do not take any complaints seriously, which is wrong but it is to cover up all the lies they tell about you.

They said that I was abusing my daughter emotionallly and physically, without proof.. I have been a shut in in my own home for about 4 years now, disabled physically and unable to do much, i even had a caregiver to help for a short period of time untill i was able to do it myself, and still they try to find reasons to say i am not a good parent when everyone around me says that I must be a good mom to have such a wonderful little girl.. I feel for people who are subjected to being harrassed by social services over and over again like I have been.. and wish there was something set in place for parents like me to be safe from people like this.. I intend on fighting this in court, but unsure if i will have the strength to keep going when I feel like I'm dying inside. The loss of the Family Children is one from which a relative never fully recovers. Watching the parents of the Lost Children is a process which depresses and destroys the familiy member complelled to witness this process without any right of interention or consultation.
