Anonymous, TORONTO, Select if US/Canada, Canada
New recruits in the heat of their enthusiasm to join are totally unaware of their lack of protection from the DND and their agents.
There is nothing like the protection that an employer in today's world is held to account for an employee,Some of the senior officers treat those soldiers in their command like chattels. Careers have been destroyed just because an officer doesn't care for a soldier under his command and the Armed Forces goes to any lengh to cover this up. War isn't the reason.

As business's we are accountable for our and our employees actions. I see no valid reason for a government or institution to be exempt from the most simple of concepts! Accountability for our actions.

Mrs Fiona Brownhall, Barrie, Ontario, Canada
Really proud of you Glenn, don't give up. As for the intended, I think the position is clear. This case is not frivolous and needs to be addressed; as do countless others waiting in the wings, neglected by the same de"mock"racy that they lend their lives for. Treat these individuals with the due respect earned the day they said my life belongs to Canada.
