There is nothing like the protection that an employer in today's world is held to account for an employee,Some of the senior officers treat those soldiers in their command like chattels. Careers have been destroyed just because an officer doesn't care for a soldier under his command and the Armed Forces goes to any lengh to cover this up. War isn't the reason.
