I'm sure those involved have their reasons for the dismissal but I suggest a REevaluation based on the large amount of disapproval. I'm sure with players and parents both being astute, if any dismissal was really needed, each would be quick with the suggestion.
Please reconsider this move before another school profits on this mistake by making him THEIR coach.

Unless a neutral coach, who is not bought or paid for by school insiders, is hired from outside; my son and other significant student athletes will not be attending .
