1. I-140 EB-1 category pending since 3/28/2004
2. I-485 for both me and my wife which we filled cuncurrently with the above I140
3. I-131 extension for myself pending sicne 4/27/2006
4. I-765 extension for myself pending since August, 28, 2006
5. I-129 extension pending since 6/1/2006
6. started new application through my wife's work git I-140 approved.
7. Transfer of above I485 pending.
