This Solicitor then went into different rooms, which I was not allowed in, having "conferences" with the SS. Solicitor agreed on my behalf, without asking or telling me what she had or would agree to. She then came out and said I had won to keep my children with me. I had no idea what she agreed to. After court, she rang me, after sending me in the post what she had agreed to. I told her that I had not agreed to anything, since I had not signed anything or been told before court what I should or should not agree to. She then informed me that if I did not do what she agreed to, the judge would then find me "in contempt of court" and that I could go to prison!!

The judge simply agreed with whatever the SS said and ignored the childrens solicitor's advice and submission, and the advocate for the children and the psychologist who was appointed by the SS to investigate me and my children. He was aided and abetted in avoiding payment to me by a surveyor who issued a 7 paged report which was ficticious throughout.

He was aided and abetted in his deceptions by a legal executive who procured him £32,000 of legal aid to evade a debt of just £6,173, based on the false claims made in this fabricated report.

He was aided and abetted in his deceptions by a barrister who set out the 'pleaded case' based on this report and then, five years later, stood by and remained mute whilst his client put a conflicting pack of lies to a court.

He was aided and abetted in his deceptions by a compliant judge who was made aware by myself that there had been two stories of contract and inducement to contract from the fraudster.
One to gain legal aid, and now, this second and conflicting story.
The judge rejected the evidence of the surveyor in its entirety, but ensured that he got his share of the spoils from the public purse by stating that he felt that the surveyor had been trying to give his client "Value for money"
