It is sad to acknowledge that reinstating refugees and I Dp's alike into the society has become a herculean task.
Refugees and IDp's are people that possess skills and talents and should not be pushed aside for pity by the society.
Society pushes these people aside along with their various skills and explicit talents to a corner called pity and constantly associate these(IDp's and refugees) set of people with terms such as poor, sad people fleeing various kinds of injustice.
Let us create a mind set that accommodates people not as hopeless people but as normal people faced with the wrong turn of events.
When they speak let's listen, when they suggest let's give their suggestions a thought rather than push their suggestions aside and let us support them in every way we can.
