Until sellers get organized enough to test them in court, restriction of trade, price fixing, etc, etc... they will continue to abuse sellers until they abuse themselves right out of business.

The new policies and the looming serious global economy may just be the one two punch to accomplish that.

Yeah, true the customers will probably be better off and so funnily enough will eBay. What about the sellers who do all the sourcing and buying stock, uploading inventory and packinging and posting while eBay just sits and reaps the benefits anyway? Time eBay actually looked after OUR best interests, they forget no sellers no eBay!

Having to ship items for lower than actual cost, or FREE will be the ruin of many small businesses. Sellers who need to incorporate the lost p+p income and extra listing + fvf fees into the start price will no longer be able to be competitive, and will loose out to other auction/shop sites.
