They are the ones who will get emotional distraught. I dont see why any judge would deny a parent of their rights to be able to spend time with their children. Wouldn't you people rather see the parents who want to be involved!

Something needs to be done on allowing "the past" proof and documentation into court, no more judges not wanting to listen, in order to prove that alienation is going on. On the court systems: the non-custodial parent is bad, no matter what, and they don't want to hear our side. Please remember, it is the "whole" truth we are after, not just the custodial parent's truth.
