We have been denied 50 court ordered visitation days since January 2016. This affects our entire family not just 1 or 2 people.

She obtained a protective order against him. Over 3 years have passed with Payne county cps ruling the accusation "unsubstantiated". Latimer County cps investigated him, Latimer County Sheriffs Office investigated/interrogated him. He passed a polygraph, completed parenting class, had 2 psychological exams. Still the court won't let him see his daughter. The child's mother died in an auto accident in Feb, 2014 and her family has taken up this alienation against him where the mother left off. We need to have punishment against false allegations and false protective orders. My son is a junior at ECU, works 2 jobs, is the leader of Services at his church. Works with children at his church. We are still fighting, but Oklahoma law needs to change.

To the point that I have not seen or spoken to her in a year. It is killing me! i have made mistakes, I am a recovering drug addict and I am bi-polar. My ex was extemely abusive and was an addict alcoholic as well. I was arrested in 2008 and have had some severe health problems. i am almost convinced that i am harming my children at this point. i do not want them to be stuck in the middle, and I would do anything to be able to get along with my ex and his wife, or pretend for the kids sake. We do not have to be best friends, but i want my children too learn to be civil and know the importance of family.

I need help! I don't hae a lot of money which has been my biggest downfall, along with bad luck with attorneys. I just want things to get better and to be a part of my kids life. I don't feel like a mom anymore. I have no reason to exist without them. I would be willing to take daily drug tests if I had to.

A man I know's wife took the child and went to the other side of the US. Bound to the original state by the Army, he is now bearly able to talk to his daughter. While I am sure Parental Alienation can be caused by a father or another family member, women mostly take advantage of this in a sexist system.
