South Africa has transitioned from apartheid to the democracy in the 90s, the policies from the apartheid era have left a continued legacy of significant inequalities.Many people who are over 35 years are affected by unemployment and have limited opportunities, their unemployment rate is higher than other age groups due to the policies implemented by the same government which we vote for. People over the age of 35 are to obtain employment are often assisted family members or friends who work within the same sector. Stats that we're conducted previously states that blacks have the highest unemployment rate and most over 35 years and youth, this lead high rate of crime historically disadvantaged.
