Been waiting for a firmware update to fix problems with my N97 mini for months now. Ill be ditching Vodafone asap because of the poor customer support as Ive had a buggy phone now for 6 months out of a 2 year contract with a firmware update from Nokia available since February that I cant install without voiding my warranty because Vodafone want to brand the firmware. Unacceptable.

Vodafone take to long to apply there rubbish 'addons' to a manufacturers firmware.. and often result in it not being as good as it should have been

Why has it taken months to sort out this firmware update? Without which is in my opinion makes the N97 a faulty product which is not fit for purpose. Nokia released this update in Feb, it is now June and we are still waiting. Do you have a job vacency for an ex squaddie (me) with big boots? Because somthing needs kicking 'vodafone' !
