I have family in NC and spend a few times a year up here for get together a but.....now it seems if they do not come here I will not be seeing them. I have aftermarket wheels and tires in my vehicle and it is completely impossible to hold a steady exact speed! The only way is to drive 5 mph under the posted speed limit.....seriously. Looks like you may need to reconsider. I am in support of your governors HB law however at the rate of entertainers pulling out of your state in protest. Now I do not know if you have a big enough surplus to lose travelers/residents in addition to this entertainment revenue but even if you do.....why would you want to? I would truly have to move otherwise I would just have to have a barcode placed on my card and sent a monthly invoice for my speeding. Not hung crazy but I do fall under the 5-9 rule. Come on guys!!!
