This coupled with the many broken promises made by the previous developers of leisure facilities makes it hard to believe that the council would consider this new development. Before any new development takes place the problems must be resolved and existing infrastructure reviewed!

Also many residents enjoy fields and sea views from their property which would disappear if they are built.
Those property values would certainly decrease.
Would the demand on amenities cause Council tax increases?.
The residents of Rhoose were LIED to by the building firms who built Rhoose Point this must not be allowed to happen again.
