Put up better alerts, a second delay before capturing plates, or get rid of them. Why target your citizens with unconstitutional fines? Okay, New Port Rchey citizens , go live somewhere where they will take care of you, not try to squeeze all the dollars they can out of you... Good try masking these cameras for safety measures.
