I am a victim of child sexual abuse and my daughter has also been a victim recently. I do NOT think that paedofiles should have protection rights, they should be named and shamed and our community and kids should be protected, not the offenders. We have rights as victims and we the victims should be protected. If we continue to protect the offenders they are not being taught a lesson and will offend/re-offend as they know they are protected and have ALL the rights!!The they should be on death sentence or taken to a remote island never to be released, as it is proven that child sex offenders re-offend after rehabilitation as they can not be fixed or change their ways they are born that way and will keep re-offending, we have tried rehabilitation for them for many many years with the statistics proving that they re-offend. I demand the rights as a victim and the mother of a victim, that we need to bring Megans Law to Australia and protect us victims and our community/children, i would like to know if I am living near or I am with a partner that has offended, to ensure the safety of my children I believe I have the rights, not the offenders to be protected!!Free Hinch he is innoncent
